Brief Introduction
For more than twenty years I have been researching the history of my family — and in recent years, the ancestry of my partner as well. Genealogy feels to me like a puzzle: every tiny piece of information brings us closer to understanding where we come from, who our ancestors were, and how their stories continue to live on within us.

Szegvár, Nagymágocs, Szentes, Szarvas — with Reformed, Roman Catholic, and Lutheran roots.
Tolna & Baranya
German (Danube Swabian) families who settled in the 18th century; main locations include Hőgyész, Diósberény, and Pécsvárad.
Slovakia & Transylvania
Trenčín County and the Háromszék region — diverse in both ethnicity and religion.
